MSI MPG 322URX QD-OLED 31.5 impact in screen

I just bought an MSI MPG 322URX QD-OLED and really liked it. After a few days, there was like a dead pixel on the screen. Only visible on a white screen.
I contacted the store and sent it back. The answer from the store is that there is physical damage and it is my fault. I think this is a production error or something else.
Does anyone else had this problem with the MSI MPG 322URX QD-OLED 31.5
