Good morning experts!

I have figured out most of the cables within the case, including the SATA cable coming from the RGB controller that will plug into the same from the PSU (which I have not received yet). With that SATA cable coming from the RGB controller board is another cable that looks like a connection that would go to the mobo.

My motherboard is: MSI MPG Z690 Force WiFi and I'm not sure where this cable/connector should plug into the mobo. I was going to settle on plugging it into JRAINBOW1 but thought I would confirm that here. The user manual nor the website for the case, does not identify or call out the cable even exists coming from the RGB controller? 🤔

Anyone care to take a stab at this one?
David

There is a switch on the gungnir 110r. If you hold it for 5 second all fan rgb connected to the control board will turn off. So when you go to the msi center and launch mystic light. You can can control it with that. And if you decide to press the switch again on the case, it would not sync with the mystic light

Subject: RGB Strip Compatibility with ARGB Hub of Gungnir 110R

Hi,
I recently purchased the MSI Gungnir 110R case with RGB synchronization, and I’d like to control a 6-meter RGB strip through the ARGB hub included with the case. My goal is to synchronize the strip’s colors using the MSI Control Center with Mystic Light.
Could you please confirm:

1. Whether the ARGB hub of the Gungnir 110R can handle the current required for a 6-meter RGB strip?

2. Should the strip operate at 5V (ARGB) or 12V (RGB)?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Best regards,

Mamsi

6-meter RGB is way more than the RGB system fans in a chassis. couldn't find detailed specification of how many RGB devices the hub can handle, but definitely not a 6-meter RGB strip... what is the model of the RGB strip you plan to use in the system?
