I have owned a MSI MS-6135 motherboard for many years and currently it has 2 x Intel Pentium II Xeon (Drake) 450MHz SL33U CPUs installed and running Windows 2003 x32 Enterprise Terminal Server R2  V5.02  Build 3790  Service Pack 2.

When I tried 2 x Intel Pentium III Xeon (Cascades) 700MHz SL49P CPUs the system won't post which I suspect is down to the BIOS. I currently have BIOS A6135MS V1.4 01/28/99, is there a later BIOS version that supports Cascades CPUs please?

Looking at https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/MS6135 then there is a V2.0 BIOS for PCB version 2.0A or above but I have the earlier board.

WoW! That's some old product right there.....

First off, as far as I can tell from reading any documentation I can find on it, the motherboard only supports up to a clock multiplier of 6.0. Your NEW P3 Xeon requires a 7.0 multiplier. So that might be part of the first problem.
Next, that's so old, I can't find any other BIOS's for it other than the one you listed.

If I'm perfectly honest, I'm not sure it ever supported P3 based Xeon's. Unfortunately finding ANY documentation for it is impossible at this point, it's so old that you won't find much about it.

My best guess is that no, there isn't a BIOS that does.
