MSI MYSTIC LIGHT NOT RECOGNIZING MOTHERBOARD RGB HEADERS

This did the trick for me.

Thanks for contacting MSI technical support.

Regarding your concern, please download the Clean Center Master tool below to uninstall MSI Center completely, restart the PC, reinstall latest MSI Center to check again. Thanks!

Still no dice for me. I ran the CCM tool, restarted, and reinstalled MSI Center but I still get kicked to the live update page whenever I try to select Mystic Light.

same problem and the solution was simple, deleting the current version of msi center and installing the older one from this link

also link do MSI forum from which I took this older version (in case someone suspects some scam)

Strange, still no luck with the older install. Thanks for the tip though!

It's funny how much effort I've put into this to make pretty colors go blinky blink. Estimate about a dozen re-installs so far.

Edit: Booted this morning and now it works!

I wonder how many MSI motherboards, video cards, and fans might have been returned globally due to issues with the RGB not functioning properly.

Still no luck here, ran cleaner, reinstalled. Ran cleaner, installed older version, still no motherboard showing up in mystic light, everything else, gpu, keyboard, mouse, ram, headset, but no mobo, which is even worse because it's an msi mobo lol. MAG B850M mortar WIFI, 7700x, MSI Gaming Trio Classin 7900XTX

I tried everything listed so far. Mystic light only shows my ram. It doesn't recognize my mobo (pro z790-p wif ddr5) or my fans. My mobo also no longer shows up in the product registration. This is a new build and I was seconds away from returning the mobo, had I not found this forum.

Having the same issue and jumped through all the hoops (ran msi cleaner, updated LED firmware). Still doesn't show motherboard. Was working fine previous update, but even installing that version won't fix it as it will just install most recent Mystic Light update. Contacted MSI support and they told me the same thing as I read in this forum and nothing else. Guess I'm just s.o.l.?
