Msi Optix AG32CV Monitor black screen issue

Hello, I've recently got a monitor for my gaming PC and every time I go to play my monitor screen goes black and then is blinking in and out and eventually comes back on but it will then happen again, it happens when I play games and also in general, I've upgraded my PC to windows 11, I've changed cables, updated drivers and still the same issue, I did find that the monitor driver hadn't migrated in the event details and wondered how I go about fixing please? Is there a new driver update for windows 11 for the monitors? Sorry if my information isn't great I'm new to pc gaming and learning more about PCs than I didn't before. Thank you

Please refer manual on chapter 2 and then modify some setting as below to check.

Response Time: Normal
Anti Motion Blur: OFF
FreeSync: OFF
Pro Mode: User
HDCR: OFF
Power Button: Standby

I experienced the same kind of issue with the Optix AG32C, but mine goes black all of sudden. Fortunately, my warranty still good and MSi just swapped my screen to another one.

Just received new MSI gaming laptop. If project to a 2nd display only, the screen goes dark and then comes back constantly. But if projected to display 1 & 2 there is no problem; it is when project to display 2 only that is the problem. When in a video game the display goes on and off when projected to display 2 or when projected to display 1 & 2. So, can't use screen two to play video game. If display 1 only in video game, then it is ok and does not blink on and off. Can this be fixed or do I have to return it?
