MSI Optix G27C2 Gaming Monitor 27 = DEAD PIXELS and SCREEN CRASHES

Hello :) 

My G27C2 gaming screen, will now already be 3 MONTHS, back in repair !!!!!!!!!
I don't need to say, I'm sick of these problems !!!!! What a BAD BAD SERVICE !!!!!!

1) First I had "LIGHTNING" FLASHES in the screen.
This screen was sended back.
Now it seems, for a 144HZ gaming screen, .....
You MUST FIRST, let the screen ...... working..IN on 80Hz or so, for 15 minutes.
Then, you can change the resolution up to = 144HZ
Due this commen problem, my SCREEN was away almost 2 MONTHS in service POLEN !!!

I've got now, my screen back ...... MORE HIGHER problems OCCURS !!!!!!!

2) 2 weeks after = I GET A RESPONSE of a DEAD PIXEL / EVERY WEEK !!!!!!!!
If that is NOT enough ??? I've seen 3 times so far = A SCREEN CRASH !!!!!!!! ( Like BLUE DEAD OF SCREEN IN WINDOWS )
A SCREEN CRASH = seeing 100's of colors in a second of 2. And then back to normal.
3 X within 24HOURS, I've seen a DEATH SCREEN of a RAINBOW of COLORS !!!!!!

THIS NEW SCREEN, has ABNORMAL FAULTS,
This screen = DYING !!!!!!!!! And it's a SO CALLED NEWBIE

This would be the SECOND TIME, I must SEND IT BACK TO POLAND !!!!!!!!!
I've buyed this SCREEN = 3 MONTHS AGO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EEEEEEEEEKkkkk !!!!!!!!!!
What a BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!

MY TRUST into MSI = is getting OVER !!!!!!!!
I will REPORT this into my FAMILY'S FACEBOOKS as well (20x pieces !!!!!!!) + Make my OWN COMPLAINT REVIEW VIDEO !!!!!!!!
I'm SICK OF IT !!!!!!!!!

370 EURO = into the GARBAGE !!!!!!!!! Be sure, I've maded COPIES OF THIS REPLY !!!!!!!!

BE sure, You get this SCREEN BACK ASAP !!!!!!!!!!! With a complaint !!!!!!!!!!

370 euro for nothing ??? Are you kidding me ???
 
Now, I've heared that you upgrade old PC screens with a few buttons ....... !!!!

Instead of making a new quality one.

I can make a MASSIVE complaint to : MEDIAMARKT (Belgium / Netherlands / Germany)
If you don't FIX MY PROBLEM !!!!!!!! To let them AVOID you're Compagny. FINISH doing buisness with you.

Sorry, but these problems keeps going on and on and on.

I'm sick of returning over and over again, my PC SCREEN !!!!

This will be = NOT USING MY PC screen for almost 4 months together !!!!!!!
That's also almost a half year GUARANTY / WARANTY for NOTHING !!!!!!

In total, I will be waiting for 4-5 months, to finally get some pleasure with my screen.
So far, I had only fun, for 2-3 weeks in a HALF YEAR !!!!!!!!!
For the rest = nothing else than problems and RETURNING my screen !!!!!!!

DEAD PIXELS on a new PC SCREEN = IS NOT ACCEPTABLE !!! This is factuary FAULT, you need to fix, or to REPLACE !!!!!!!!!!
I've got 2 Years GUARANTY / WARANTY.

Because this screen, has so many problems. If I where you .... I take it and replace it.
Maybe you're customars problems are ALL at ones = SOLVED
And you have the time, to investigate, where the problem is. To avoid such things into the futur,
with other Customars.

Unless, you find it funny ? As a Joke ?
If you are seriously, due all these problems, send PLS a replacement.
I will send everything back, into da BOX

A FIXED guy in Mediamarkt SHOP EUROPE,  is following-up these, Comming-back problems !!!
He finds it also NOT NORMAL !!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the monitors are NOT guaranteed to be free from defects like this.
Even the warranty doesn't state that implicitly. In fact, most monitors don't guarantee to be free from pixel defects.
See : https://www.msi.com/page/warranty/#w-monitor and look at the monitors section. You'll see that the warranty allows 5 black dots and it's still OK. Once you get 6, then it will be possible to RMA it.

Just saying, I've got monitors with problems like that, and some without any.
 
We here in Belgium, don't agree !!!

Expect this screen back, in a couple of weeks !!!

I have also seen 3 x within 16 hours, a purple / pink screen of DEAD !!

This screen is NOT behaving normally !!

1. You aren't my customer. Nor am I an MSI employee. See : >>Please read and comply with the Forum Rules.<< also, as you clearly haven't bothered reading them.
2. I explained to you the warranty that MSI uses. It's not my fault you don't like it.
3. If you don't start acting more in compliance with the rules, action will be taken.
