Hi. I wrote to support directly about my issue, but they just said the monitor is not supported. I have the same problem as this person. (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/malfunctioning-monitor-mag27cq.397640/). I also recorded a short video that shows clearly my problem.
The monitor does not give an image when I turn on the computer (I have several monitors). But the monitor is on, and literally gave an image until the reboot. This happens every time I turn on the computer or come out of sleep mode.
Initially it turns on the backlight in the matrix, but if it does not receive and does not transmit an image from Windows within 10-15 seconds the matrix goes out. But I can perform actions on that monitor, Windows sees it, displays it in the list of devices.
Also by trial I found that if the monitor does not give the image at once, you can go to NVIDIA Control Panel, in the section “Installing multiple displays” just turn it off and on again, in some of these switches it will work.
This happens with 4 different HDMI cables and 2 different DP cables. On all of these cables with the same system, there is no problem with the other two monitors from SAMSUNG
If anyone has solved the problem, tell me how, or at least what the root of the problem is. (Windows reinstalled completely)
