MSI P100A Upgrade

Good day guys! I would like to ask for any advice about upgrading my P100A with I7 10th gen & RTX 3070 Ventus 2x. I am planning to upgrade the graphics card to Asus TUF RTX 4080, but I'm just not sure if it will work properly. There are also not a lot of posts regarding the P100A. Absolutely no chance that a RTX 4080 would fit in it as they are Massive

your RTX 3070 Ventus 2x is 232 x 124 x 52 mm
the Asus TUF RTX 4080 is 348.2 x 150 x 72.6 mm

Max Thickness that case could take is around 65mm. its just far too thick

also the Power Supply is a Issue too as the P100A has a Modular 450W 80 Plus Bronze Certified PSU

the RTX 4080 needs at least a good 80+ Gold 750W Power Supply.

Thank you for the response. I will also look for a 750w psu to replace my 650w.

But if the thickness is not an issue, will the rtx 4080 work with the current motherboard?

it should work but your not going to be able to put the side panel back on the Machine at all.
