msi p55-cd53 random freeze and crash

hi,
i have a msi p55-cd53 with intel core i5-750
im using windows 7 home premium 32bits

error:
-Random freeze when using the pc

-Random reboots from dekstop running

-crash with blue screen


i'm using bios 1.8


My specs:

MSI P55-CD53, P55, Socket-1156,
Intel Core i5 Quad Processor i5-750
Corsair DDR3 1333MHz 2GB
MSi ati Radeon HD 5750 1GB DDR5
Samsung SATA2 500GB 7200
LG DVD  22x
Gigabyte PSU 550W
Logitech MK250 wireless mouse and keyboard

Is this a hardware or/and software problem?

Bios/motherboard not stable yet?

Set the memory command rate to 2T (it is currently set to 1T) and raise the memory voltage slightly (set it to 1.55V).

Memory Voltage/DRAM Voltage --> Cell Menu
Command Rate --> Cell Menu / Advance DRAM Configuration

done that.. it works for a while..
but the suddenly it shows the bsod again..
sometimes it said irql_not_less_or_equal.. or PFN_list_corrupt

before i change the CR and voltage it ussually shows BSOD saying memory_management..
why is this happening? is it because the motherboard corrupted??

Any updates on this issue, i have a machine which also receives BSOD and is running a p55-cd53
