Hey guys, i dont mean to revive an old thread ( IF this is one )

Im experiencing the same problem, ive just finished assembling my PC, everything works, fans , gpu shows green light , mobo lights are on etc.

specs :

MSI P55 GD65
i5 750
EVGA GTX295
4GB Kit 2x2gb OCZ Platinum DDR3 1600MHZ
CORSIAR H50 COOLER
2x Sata2 HDD 7200RPM

I know its the ram, and ive seen you guys talking about Going into the cell menu and lowering the Dram for the Rams.

How can i even reach the Bios/Cell menu when all i get is a black screen?

How did you guys do it lol?

I really want to lower the Mhz to about 1333 so i can use the Rams.

I just get no signal, ive tried With DVI and HDMI but still nothing.

Well, you could get the temperatures down somewhat by optimizing your case cooling.  Open the case for a test and put a large room fan in front of it.  Then see if the temperatures go down.

My case is very cooled lol, Antec 900v2 4 fans and a Corsair H50 CPU.

Well it seems all my problems are solved ( so far )

Thanks Jack! you pwn :D

And another thing, i used OC Genie on my MSI P55 GD65, but i dont want to keep the button pushed in, in the manual it says there is a way to save the OC profile and load it the next time without using OC genie button, but i dont really know how.....any help :D ?

Check further in your manual. Your BIOS Main Menu should have a menu item called Overclocking Profile. When you click on that menu item you should probably have a couple of OC Profiles that you can save. So once you have a stable OC, reboot your system, go into the BIOS and save that as Profile 1 for example.
Now switch off your system. Switch your Genie off. Restart and go into the BIOS and load the OC profile. That should do the trick.
