MSI P67A-C43 problems

Hey everyone. I recently bought a MSI P67A-C43 using a Intel i5 2500K and everything has been working great until recently. I realized it has a post beep every time you turn it on, which is the short beeps followed by a 5th beep and everything starts running after that. Well for some reason recently my computer turns on and the post beeps go 4 times and then it takes a good 3 minutes or more for the 5th beep to go through and everything starts up. I'm not sure what is going on with it and I'm hoping that the mother board doesn't have an issue.

The System has in it:
- MSI P67A-C43 (B3) Mainboard
- Intel Core i5-2500K
- COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus HSF
- XFX Black Edition P1-750B-CAG9 750W ATX12V v2.2 / ESP12V v2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS SILVER PSU
- ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner
- Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" HDD
- AZZA Solano 1000 Black/Black Japanese SECC Steel/Metal mesh in front ATX Full Tower
- EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti FPB 1024 MB GDDR5 PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card
- Turtle Beach Montego DDL 7.1 Sound card

Any idea what could be wrong?

You didn't include the RAM you have, what is it?

Sorry. I thought I typed that. I'm using:
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

I'm not sure what it is, I could deal with it but I'm afraid one of these times I will go turn the computer on and it won't start up windows at all.

Anyone have any advice on what might be going on?
