It makes it to the starting windows screen with the spinning dots but only the first red dot shows up and it freezes, even the repair windows freezes at the black screen.. The Bios live update also freezes at the black screen. PLEASE HELP!!!

this is KK1 is VBIOS for your MSI N570GTX-M2D12D5 card, has nothing to do with board.
what's the mainboard bios version?

Sorry I used another persons vid... heres mine.

Also the bios is at E7673IMS v1.11

Yes, v1.11 (=v1.B) is the latest final release (2011-04-14).  So let's assume that the Mainboard BIOS (actually an UEFI Implementation and not a BIOS in the usual sense) was updated as well.

Did you try to reinstall Windows and be it a secondary test installation?

A re-installation is not a repair.  The re-installation would have nothing to do with that screen there.  Boot from a Windows 7 x64 install DVD and see what happens then.

I borrowed my neighbors...It sends me right to the windows starting screen.

Did you properly boot from it?

Unplug your hard drive temporarely so that the optical drive is the only device/medium connected to the system.  Then try to boot from the installation DVD.
