MSI P67A-G43 (B3) Won't Finish Boot after KK1 VBIOS!!!!! Win 7 x64

I recently installed the bios updates using the MSI Update and now the computer won't fully boot!!!! I tried clearing CMOS like 3 times and nothing! It makes it to the starting windows screen with the spinning dots but only the first red dot shows up and it freezes, even the repair windows freezes at the black screen.. The Bios live update also freezes at the black screen. PLEASE HELP!!!

so its hang if you attempt a new fresh OS installation too?
what was your old bios version before the update?
and have you done >>Clear CMOS Guide<< by this guide,
and have you removed the power cord from the PSU 1st?
and load bios defaults after the update?
have you checked the memory for issues with >>Memtest86<< too?

I can't get to a fresh OS Installation screen, even if I boot without any drives on.

I don't know what my previous bios was.

Perfectly followed Clear CMOS guide along with load bios defaults, no change.

Just ran Memtest 86 overnight, 9 passes 0 errors

Because MSI BIOS Engineers broke something since this 1.A [included] and above,
and for some reason it doesn't work for your config/combo of the parts used:
