I got a
MSI P67A-GD65 (B3)
MSI 570 GTX
2600K
Corsair 850 Watt PSU
G.Skill 4X4GB 9CL 1600
Windows  7 64bit

The problem is that after sleep most of the time, some if not all my USB devices will stop working.
All USB external hard drive & Flash drive will not show in explorer.
Also my G15 keyboard won't respond.
How to fix this problem?

By the way another problem, is the long boot normal with all the beeps?
Last beep is really random, some time fast sometimes it takes like a minute.
Also, once I get to windows password screen after booting it takes like 5 second for the keyboard to start responding and then I can type my password.
Is this normal?

Go to Device Manager and look into your USB root hub properties and make sure that under power management, the box for "Hibernate this device when not in use" is unchecked.

Yes , I think that did the trick!
Although my USB Hub's USB devices still didn't response after I change the power setting but once I switch the USB Hub's data cable to the top left USB (from the bottom left) on the motherboard it started working fine.
Thanks for the help NovJoe ;D ;D
