I am a user of MSI Summit E16 Flip A12 and like all of this users we have the same problem here about
1. MSI Pen Palm Rejection
2. Wierd Pop-Ups of the MSI Pen Software
This problem was also mentioned with a lot of people across the internet:

Here, to ask is there a different way of support? Submit a bug or smth like that - it is annoying that ticket support only says that is hardware related and I need to go to service center, leave there my notbook for 2-4 weeks, either recieve a money
And to listenif someone has a solution for this problems (not deleting MSI Pen app) and/or MSI Pen Palm Rejection.
