MSI Pro 22ET 6M071UK All-In-One PC touch screen not working

Hi, I have recently been given an MSI Pro 22ET 6M All in one PC and believe that this has the touch screen capability but for some reason I can;t get it to work.
I have checked in the options on Windows 10 Home but it says 'limited touch' and when I try and calibrate it nothing happens when I touch the screen.
Do I need an additional driver for this?
I would really appreciate any help.

It is specification for on MSI website.
Optical multi touch (Pro 22ET 6M)

1. Multi-Touch is Optical type and please keep the screen cleaning anytime.
2. Any dust, sunshine or strong light will be affect the touch function of optical type.
3. Please DON’T use Tablet PC setting in control panel to calibrate.

Thanks for the info fauc but that does not help solve the problem of the touch screen not working in my case.
