Hi

I have the motherboard that in headline. When I connect my speakers to the motherboard, nothing happened. Tried to connect also microphone and the same happen. Lately I worked with the speakers in the monitor (they are still works fine, but connect with hdmi) so I don't sure when this happen, but two things happened latley that might effect:
1. I updaet the motherboard bios to the latest version that in the site
2. Clean some dust. Is there specific wire that might can disconnect or someting and can effect?
3. Updat the Windows. Don't use it with serial key and Microsoft pretty limited the part of the speakers and microphone in situation like this. Maybe they take it one step forward and now block all the setting of the the speakers?

Will glad for any assistant.

Hi Alan.

I did what you suggest me to do with the watch thread. Is there any option to do this to all topic in one times instead to go from thread to thread and do this manually?

Hi Alan, my PRO B660M-A WIFI DDR4 also stuck in 7D43v1E BIOS because of the audio problem (tested lately with the 7D43v1M). I think not the 7D43v1N1(Beta version) does the fix just only your "Injection Bios" Thank you in advance, it would be a delight, to find a solution per pm.

Hi Alan,
I just updated to the lates Bios for the PRO B660M-A WIFI 7D43vAN1(Beta version) which still does not have a fix for NO audio on the motherboard I have checked all the settings and even installed the newest driver for the sound but still no fix. Please fix the Audio!

This is the same issue as the one discussed in: this thread.
Downgrading the bios to 7D43v1E fixes it, although if you have 13th or 14th gen (Raptor Lake) processor, that would undo the degradation issue mitigations, so I would recommend it only to people on 12th gen or rebranded 12th gen (i5-13600 and lower).

For most users, once the patched BIOS is run, they can then update to the latest BIOS directly from the patched one.

Hi Alan ,
My pro B660M-A DDR4's BIOS version is 7D43v1E. After updating to any newer version, the sound card is not detected by Windows.I had to downgrade to the older version 7D43v1E.
@Alan J T , could you please send me the bios with fixed audio?

Hi @Alan J T , I have the same issue with my MSI PRO B660M-A DDR4 motherboard: the Realtek Audio driver is not detected after BIOS update to 7D43v1M version. Latest version in which I could have the Realtek Audio driver working was 7D43v1E.
Could I get please the BIOS with the fixed audio as well? Thanks in advance
