MSI PRO B660M-A WIFI - thre is no voice

Hi

I have the motherboard that in headline. When I connect my speakers to the motherboard, nothing happened. Tried to connect also microphone and the same happen. Lately I worked with the speakers in the monitor (they are still works fine, but connect with hdmi) so I don't sure when this happen, but two things happened latley that might effect:
1. I updaet the motherboard bios to the latest version that in the site
2. Clean some dust. Is there specific wire that might can disconnect or someting and can effect?
3. Updat the Windows. Don't use it with serial key and Microsoft pretty limited the part of the speakers and microphone in situation like this. Maybe they take it one step forward and now block all the setting of the the speakers?

Happened in April 2024 and again having same issue with B660M-A WIFI DDR4. Updated to latest bios .M0 and still no audio. The driver doesn't even show up in the list after installing. Please help!

Hi @Alan J T , I also tried updating to the latest bios since I'm planning to upgrade my processor from 12400f but the Realtek audio driver went missing, can you send me your fix as well? I'm using the PRO B660M-A WIFI DDR4. Thanks so much!

I updated back to one in 2023 and then to the one Alan sent me. Still no audio. Realtek doesn't appear in audio list. I'm done with this. I'm using my monitor's audio output with AMD High Def audio. This is the last time i bought an msi product.

Hi everyone!

November 2025 with the latest bios update (7D43v1N1) for b660 a pro ddr4 wifi, still the same problem. No Realtek audio after updating
@Alan J T Sorry to bother you, but i see the people here tagging you. Could you please help me as well to fix this?
