Hey all i am having issues with my board booting, the EZ Debug LEDs flash red, amber, white then it flashes red and reboots in the same cycle.
I have removed and replaced RAM, Graphics Card, M.2 Drive but ist still keeps rebooting.
Could this be a CPU or PSU issue?
Has anyone else had this issue? it was working fine before i pulled my data drives and Windows was installed on the ssd

Any help would be appreciated
 
did you try with minimum setup means CPU, DRAM, VGA (If CPU doesn't support iGPU) only?
Did you perform any update lately? BIOS?

Definitely try a with a better and quality PSU.
The PSU listed had a bad experience with it, it's fan fails quickly and takes internal damages.
 
In this case, I'm inclined to agree on the suspicion that it's the PSU. Because the Silverstone Strider Essential is one of the worst PSUs you can get. So I would try to borrow a different PSU for testing, which has to be known good, not too old, and of decent quality. Connect it on-the-fly using its own cables. If the PC starts working normally again, you know what to do: Get a better PSU model, at the same time RMA this PSU, and when you get a replacement from Silverstone, debate what you do with what is a brand new ticking time bomb.

Or actually, with a Tier E or F PSU, you can skip the "borrow a PSU" part and outright order a higher-quality one. Even if it doesn't solve the problem right away, the PSU model you have now is not a good foundation for any system. Check my PSU guide to find a better one, or you could also link a shop where you'd order one, and I could help select a better model.
 
Fan noise from the PSU is not an indicator of anything. In fact, many really good PSU models are so-called semi-passive, the fan only kicks in above a certain power draw of the attached components.

The reason this PSU cannot really be trusted lies in its low quality as proven by component analysis and reviews, confirming it uses an overly cheap design with overly cheap components, making it a bad performer even when it's brand new. This is the kind of PSU that's so low-quality that it should not even be purchased for a budget build. There is a certain minimum standard that should be upheld, and this PSU falls well below it.

Oh, so they selected the components, basically? Yeah, this was a very bad selection, regarding the PSU model. If they don't want their customers back on their doorstep after some time with a problematic PSU, they should avoid this PSU model altogether. An overly cheap/bad PSU is often the first thing to cause trouble in a PC.

Another thing that's a bit questionable on that list, the CPU is an i3-13100F, and the F means, no internal graphics (iGPU). Those -F CPUs are usually selected to save 20-30 bucks (that's how much cheaper they are than a non-F one), if the PC will be equipped with a graphics card anyway, like in a gaming PC or so. But here, they added a low-end GeForce GT 730, with 2 GB VRAM, which doesn't add much gaming capability to speak of, but obviously adds a good amount of cost. So this is a weird move, it would've been more cost-effective to just get a CPU with an iGPU and don't add a low-end graphics card at all.
 
I did upgrade the PSU to a i5 with built in graphics, they have tested the board and it does the same so they have to send it away to another store for further investigation but it's looking like motherboard or CPU
 
With this kind of low-quality PSU model, they 100% should test first with a known good PSU of decent quality.

You could take out the graphics card then, it doesn't do much better than the iGPU. For basic usage, websites, Youtube etc., the iGPU is more than enough.
