Hello modders, judges and everyone else, I?m Amin Dadvar. I?m an artitect, mostly senior artitect in ?PCMod?? team. You may ask yourself why an architect is participating in ?MSI Pro Mod Season 5????

FYI I?ve done many interior designs and structure?s plans, but I?ve always wanted to do more projects beyond what other artitects intend to do. So, I decided to accept my friend?s offer about participation in this competition if I can get sponsors. Fortunately, with ?MSI? and ??PCMod? Support and ?Green Planet? Sponsoring, I managed to start my project!

Okay, I think I told enough about myself and how I participated in the competition. I know It's time to talk about hardwares I'm using for my modding, but I've faced with a little bit problem that I prefer to talk about it other posts.

As you know, MSI company has loved Dragons since tales told us about our ancestors and how they finally trained a red dragon to be a good one. So, I told myself this competition's theme is arctic and it can not be red! However, our friendly dragon may love to have a friend. So, I needed a special case for my own dragon which "Green Revolution" was the newest and the best option for me:

After I chose my case, I started to sketch my model on paper first. Later, I designed them in "Autocad" and "3DMax":

Next I made a sample of my modding with MDF material and a laser CNC to find my mistakes (Maybe I upload a video on youtube later):

I started to assemble the pieces:

Finally, I thought about how can I improve my modding considering my mistakes of my sample model:

Hey Guys, welcome again to the world of a architect

Before I continue, I'd like to talk about my case modding's idea first.
As you know the first subject becomes an issue for an architect's mind, is that "What are the culture of different societies or countries?"

And because of that the architect has to read about templates, symbols and culture of the countries!

The first idea I got, was that I must follow and use the culture of East Asia in my plan which the biggest and the best one of them was dragon!
So I started quick sketching my idea and study alternatives then designed first concepts:

In this plan, I tried modeling my case mod looks like A Real Dragon;
A Dragon that is Frozen, but there is a strong fire beneath his skin which may awakes one day and fire up all the world under his igneous wings...

Please don't wake him up...!

Okay, Let's continue the progress! After I made the sample and studied alternatives, I began to create another model with better quality that I no longer need to correct my mistakes! I also change some parts of my mod for better result.

Next, I cut lots of leathers shapes with CNC laser, look like a symbol of a dragon's wings. Then I used glue to make them stick together!
(Smell of leather after cutting was disgusting, I got smell of a cow XD)

Next, I had to deal with painting, so I grabbed all equipment and put them on a table for painting mission...:

First Mission was a little compilicated. It was about combining colors to achieve to best color:

Second Mission way more easier than previous one. I painted case, plates and wings....

Here is final result:

I Thinks that's it for now...

I'm gonna go for assembling my mod, take pictures and videos and put it in next post ASAP!!!
I don't have enough time, I hope I can finish my mod before it gets too late!!!

So, more pictures and maybe videos coming soon...
