Same here and waiting for a new version. I am experiencing the thermal problems with the 12600k running on 5.1 and tested in another brand mb is working fine. Hopefully we have some updates soon.

Btw here is the latest bios
You're wrong mate.
Latest beta bios is 7D25v115 not 7D25v114 ;)

I have never been able to resume from sleep, always with this behavior.
Here is the new beta BIOS that should fix this issue:
It's for both:
PRO Z690-A DDR4
PRO Z690-A WIFI DDR4

Couple of Issues on PRO Z690-A DDR4 Build v114 and v115 :
Both BIOS updates caused the XMP profile to no longer be detected with Corsair Vengeance ‎CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 3600Mhz DDR4 (CMW32GX4M2D3600C18)
The Mystic light utility from MSI center still does not open, both with version 2.0.0.25 and 2.0.0.27
Every boot start with the CPU or Memory changed press F1 / F2 screen

Have the exact same RAM kit and same issue with XMP, just running with it disabled for now. Previously had this RAM installed in a Pro Z490-A without issues. Not resolved with either beta BIOS for me either :(

Have the exact same issue on PRO Z690-A DDR4 WIFI

Updated from v100 -> v115 (beta)

All the BIOS settings lost on every restart, including XMP profiles, fan speeds, boot options, etc. Every boot start with the CPU or Memory changed press F1 / F2 screen.

This is very serious MSI. Please take a look.

Same here. Was having issues with Ubisoft (what a surprise) and they suggested I update my Bios amongst other things.
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200 + Z690 DDR4 Wifi...... no XMP profiles and while it does show there 32g of ram it doesnt know what it is. Also getting the CPU/Memory warning on every start up :(
Tried to update the firmware in Icue but that didn't help. Already trying to work out the Alder Lake kinks and this is a major annoyance/setback.
Also I dont know if this is related but all of a sudden windows updater isn't working as of today.
MSI please get this handled ASAP.

Nope! I had the same problem during some configuration changes but reset (Clear CMOS) the bios using the jumper and the cpu light passed the test as before.
Yeah that is not cool. Thought I had a bad CPU since got red cpu light at boot and nothing else. Had to dig up a jumper off old motherboard just to clear bios to revive what looked like dead cpu!
Dynamic ram setting is really buggy or doesn't like my ram at least that's what caused my red cpu hang.

temporary resolve is disabling memory changed / cpu change detection in BIOS.

But yes, we wait for response from MSI site because many people with 4 RAM module have the same issue on different motherboards

A supposedly even newer version of 115 turned up yesterday in the Z690 DDR4 thread on overclock.net:

I have an Edge Wifi so I can't test it, but others in that thread did.
