Have the exact same RAM kit and same issue with XMP, just running with it disabled for now. Previously had this RAM installed in a Pro Z490-A without issues. Not resolved with either beta BIOS for me either :(
Yeah same issue here. Just transitioned from red team to blue team, the gen 12 is truly amazeballs. Chose MSI because in the past I have ZERO issue on Intel platform, but now every restart have cpu/memory change detected warning, and the BIOS setting reset itself... Bummer.

UPDATE: Apparently MSI took down the Z690 Pro A v115 beta BIOS. I'm rolling back the BIOS, obviously doesn't quite pass QC.

Adding my problem here, maybe MSI is reading along.

Motherboard: PRO Z690-A DDR4, RAM: 2x8GB Crucial Ballistix 3200, XMP enabled.

I have installed the most recent BIOS version (1.15) to remedy the PC not being able to wake up from sleep problem, which resolved that problem. However a new (simmilar) problem has arisen:

My PC won't boot after I used the windows sleep function in a previous session.
This problem only occurs after a session where I put the PC to sleep, woke it up again and then shut it down. The next time I then try to boot the PC, my PC wont boot: pressing the power switch does nothing. I have to turn off the PSU for > 10 seconds, then turn the PSU back on and I can boot the PC. This never occurs when I haven't used the sleep function in a session, in those cases the PC does respond immediately to the power button and just boots instantly as usual.

I had this twice now; once I didn't know why my PC wouldnt boot in the morning, the second time I could deduce the problem back to what I stated above.

Ive noticed indeed that MSI took down the v1.15 beta BIOS from the support page. I don't have any other problems with this version however, so won't be rolling back to a previous version.

Yeah was thinking of trying the beta everyone mentioning but since my setup pretty much working fine atm figured not worth it since others still having issues.

I posted an issue in the gaming board section but I guess I should post here as well. I have a pro z690-a ddr4 with two issues. first the PCIE_1 slot doesn't appear to be working. I have a evga gtx 1660 graphics card that works fine in slot 3 but not in slot 1. the graphics led comes on and the fans dont spin when in slot one. I have tried several different cards and also set the PCIe version to 3 and no difference.
I also have the problem with memory/processor change detected every boot which is a huge problem for me as it does seem to reset the bios every once in a while. this is huge because I am running my drives in a raid and it breaks the raid and my install every time. REALLY BAD BUG!! this is the whole reason I got the 690 chipset was because it had the built in functionality to have an NVMe and sata raid all in one integrated bios setup.

I am building this machine for the owner of my company and he wants it before christmas! last machine I built for him ten years ago was an ASUS board and it's bios was extremely buggy and I heard their current bios was buggy as well, but the MSI bios was reviewed better in that regard... doesn't seem to be the case!! lets see a fix!

Most likely there's a hardware problem with that board if you can't the GPU's to work in Slot 1.....
I'd just return that board and try another one.

Hi! Anyone have new info about new bios for Pro Z690 A ddr4?
There isn't new BIOS available, do check the support page at PRO Z690-A DDR4 (msi.com)
Funny thing about the initial BIOS on Windows 11. My PC always got stuck waking up from sleep so I have to forcefully shutdown the PC, but due to the power loss resume feature, it functions just like waking up from sleep... Albeit in a haphazard way.

Just simply not use Sleep/Hibernation for the time being. It's been a general problem for years actually.

Has anyone heard an estimated release date for an updated bios? I just got my replacement board in and the PCIe_1 slot works on this one. I initially tried setting up the replacement with the original .100 bios that it came with and found that when I go to use the RAID for my drives the board will no longer boot off the SATA dvd. I then tried using the 115 beta bios I had downloaded before they took it down and I was able to make the RAID work. I still get the reboot issue where it says there has been a change detected which then screws up the raid again. after that it shows my RAID as degraded and windows doesn't want to boot. after a few more reboots it will then boot. i'd love to not do RAID but it's not my machine and it took me enough time to convince the person I'm building it for to go with nvme's instead of 3.5" drives nevermind ditching his RAID.

Without Sleep/hibernate, I'm ok with i5 12600k, no problem with xmp (32gb dual corsair lpx 3200), win 10. So, many problem with new gen mobo. Waiting for new bios update.

Isn't there an option in the BIOS to turn off the changed memory/CPU detect? Should be at the very bottom of the main OC section if I recall correctly.
