If the system language is in English and the problem persists after clean installing Center M, I would recommend contacting MSI support via the web ticket for further assistance.

I think this is software issue instead of hardware, only solution is to wait for new software update. if this is wrong, please correct me, thanks

Yes, it is a software issue. So you should contact MSI tech support via Web ticket, I'm not guiding you to send it for repair.

If the error keeps occurring repeatedly,
first uninstall the MSI program,
then go to the C:\Program Files (x86) folder,
where you’ll find the MSI file.
Completely delete that MSI file,
restart your computer, and reinstall the MSI program—
that should resolve the issue.
If you want to change the language,
you can do so in Settings.

Thanks, just tried your suggestion but still no luck.

Here is what ultimately worked for me:
1. Download the MSI Center M Installer, extract it somewhere.
2. Download the MSI Center M Clean tool, run it, uninstall all.
3. Delete every MSI folder you can find (I found one in the root (C) drive and under both Program Files folders.
5. (caution: editing the registry can cause problems with your windows install)
Open regedit (type regedit in the start search). Search for "MSI Centre" and delete every string, DWORD etc that mentions MSI Centre M. If you find an entire key that appears to be only relevant to MSI Centre M, delete the whole key (they are the 'folders' on the left).
6. Go to system settings, apps, installed apps, scroll to the bottom and select System Components > Game Bar > Advanced options and hit reset. Open game bar to check it has been reset, you should see the "whats new" tab.
7. Reboot.
8. Run the MSI Center M installer as administrator.

For me, Center M launched after the install and quick settings was working again.
