Msi quick settings unavaliable

Msi claw a1m ultra 7 . When I attempt to change the quick settings it tells me they're only avaliable to the system admin. My profile is an admin profile . I cant not figure out a work around here. There is only 1 profile and restarting it does not fix it . Do I have to uninstall and reinstall.or revert to an older update

Try to use the clean center tool from the FAQ to remove it and reinstall again.

What system language are you setting in?

hey this worked!!! i just had to do a fresh install of it , the language setting was English, i was unsure of what happened or why it did what it did, but it is working now. thank you for this !!!!!
