Hello so first of all I never updated my BIOS, I'm scared of that and that it can produce more bugs to my laptop.
I've only opened it the first day I received it to place 64GB RAM.
Windows 11 always up to date and Nvidia App also up to date with gaming driver.
Since a few months now, okay let's say 5 months now my laptop decides to idle and keep sleeping litterally the screen goes OFF while the power button stays ON, and no matter what key I hit to quit idle mode, it won't the keyboard works, the power button is on, I can even hear the sound of a video but the screen stays BLACK, if I close the laptop and open it it forces the screen to turn on, and I see a glitchy pixelized squeezed piece of my screen at the bottom left.
So I have to restart my laptop because it won't turn on, some days are better the laptop can go out of idle mode by maintaining space key for two seconds and some other days the raider just keeps sleeping.
All my drivers are up to DATE, Gemini tells me there is an issue because this machine is powerful and that the intel pilots overdrives nvidia and shuts agressivelly the screen, offers me a solution to go to old windows 7 settings to touch PCI express modes and stuff to fix that.
And another thing, happening whenever my laptop restarts numbers don't work I need to hit down for 10 seconds the lock/numbers button and disable the toggle always sound when lock numbers on.
It's so weird, my laptop is well temperature is great, it's powerful fabulous machine but it's really acting up and i suspect windows 11 to have done this bug.
Any of you have had or have this issue currently, i'm considering even opening a ticket because this is not normal .
Thank you in advance

Try as follows,
1. Disable MPO (Multi-Plane Overlay): This is the #1 cause for "Black Screen on Wake" in Windows 11. Download the "NVIDIA MPO Disable Tool" from their official support site and run it. This usually fixes the "glitchy pixels" and wake-up issues immediately.
2. Clean Install Graphics Drivers: Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely wipe both drivers in Safe Mode, then reinstall the latest versions from the MSI support page (not just the generic NVIDIA App).
3. NumLock: Disable "Fast Startup" in Windows Power Options—it’s a known culprit for sleep/wake bugs.

Note: If the glitchy pixels persist after the MPO fix, it might be a hardware loose connection (EDP cable), but try the MPO fix first—it’s a software lifesaver!

Hey omg the MPO disable tool fixed it for me, so I did not need to use DDU at all AND I found out something else it was also the user scenario on eco-silent mode that mode produced the sleep wake bug too I no use user scenario balanced mode it's completely gone omg FINALLY you're a life saver !
I've also done the Fast Startup disable additionally thank you so much !
