MSI rebate Liars!

Bought my Leopard laptop in 11/2020 during covid and mailed in my rebate within 20 days of purchase. Both tracking ID and confirmation email stating rebate has been successfully submitted before the Feb 2020 deadline!!! Followed up in march 2021 and said rebate is on it's way. So time passed, I had moved and lost a family member during covid during 2021. So catching up to emails and life and had noticed that I have not received my $100 rebate yet. I followed up with the MSI REBATE Dept inquiring where my rebate is. They said that they sent a non compliant email to me 2yrs ago stating it was submitted after the Feb 2020 date. BS as I saved EVERYTHING that was related to the process. Screenshots of status updates from tracking ID and corresponding emails. I've received no such email of non compliance. Asked if there's someone to talk to about this and was told that because the rebate promo has ended that they could not help me. I feel misled by the (now known to be) false advertisement and general "Oh Well" attitude MSI reps have. MSI seems to be doing everything most untrustworthy companies do. TAKE ADVANTAGE of people and find make shift loop holes to justify their actions. Gonna take this further with an attorney for legal matters as I would have bought an Alien instead but not for the rebate and its a matter of principle now. This will cost them more than the $100 they owe me!

I WILL NEVER BUY MSI AGAIN and as an IT Network admin in the field (26yrs) will make it a point to not recommend MSI to anyone who askes for my reference for purchase of their products.

Next, legal threats here are kinda laughable. Especially on a public forum. Good luck with that. Also, go see the rules thread, again.

Next, you keep referencing Feb 2020, but you literally state you only bought it in 11/2020. I mean.....I'm going to GUESS that you mean Feb 2021.....but....might want to get your story straight before talking to a lawyer. They'll rip that apart in 2 seconds.

Lastly, you join the forums, and your first post pretty much goes against the rules completely, right away. You're not making any friends here, much less helping your case.

Go talk to MSI. There's literally nothing to be done here. Ask for the marketing dept, as they handle the promotions. See : >>How to contact MSI.<<

Yep, They usually (laughable) are until someone actually goes thru with it and gets results. Not trying to make friends here...strickly business. Some of us honest consumers are just tired of the nickel and diming. So https://forum-en.msi.com/ is not MSI???

Well it is there web site but the froums belong to to the end user and are run by the end users not MSI.

So it is not MSI your going to annoy but the end users looking for a bit of help with there MSI products.

So unless you have actual produc you need help with there not a pile of cowpaddies we can do to assist.

And from memory them there voucher things have a 90 day to 365 day use by date.
