MSI recovery via WinAPI

Hello,
I tried to make a recovery disk on my Evo 14 prestige by choosing this option in MSI center, but when it restart my pc to boot WINAPI my laptop stack on loop. Its showing Recovery DVD menager, and then restarts again, i cannot boot my windows normally now....

ok i was able to fix it by changing main system from ''bot from win'' to windows 11, but its not first time that MSI futures are completly not working, same as battery calibration, its my this msi PC and on all of them MSI calibration never works......

Do you have the latest MSI Center pro?
If not, you can try to reinstall the latest MSI Center pro and perform the battery calibration again and recheck if it is working properly.

You can refer to the official FAQ to perform clean installation.

after update calibration still not working, with recovery also no any progress, ill not try again because its too hard to start windows again. its my last time when i bought MSI...... Brand new laptop and nothing is working.....

From the provided picture, I found that your BIOS is outdated. I recommend you update the latest BIOS to improve the system stability and refer to the provided FAQ to clean insall MSI Center pro. Because there is a new update for MSI Center pro, you can recheck.
If you perform the recovery, you still need to update the latest software because it will be rolled back to the original version.
