MSI redemption reward country available

I have a problem with Redemption Rewards. I received a participation code as always, but I NEVER receive any confirmation by email. Which is maybe the fact that my country Belgium does not appear in the list of terms and conditions. But in this case, why does MSI count my points, accept my candidacy and my registration in the rewards program if I am not entitled to any prize and I have lost in advance? Thank you for the answer.
