MSI Reward Points for watching the promotional video

Hey, guys....

I want to earn some points @ the Reward System. But somehow I don't earn the points after watching the video on youtube , I can't earn the 25 MSI Reward points ... anything I can do?

You may have to install "MyMSI" APP on our phone if you want to get those points. I did and the points got added automatically. Weird. I have always interacted with MSI by this very forum and their official site, but for some reason app was what was needed.

App make Registering Items a lot easier is about the best part of it rest is just padding

And Installing the APP and leaving a Review is 150 extra points as well

Now that I actually checked the reward points log, I didn't get 25 points from watching the video but from turning on notifications (which I don't even remember doing). Anyway, I'll try another browser later in the evening.

I didn't get that 25 pts as well... I download the APP before watching the video.
It might be the reason why we aren't getting it?

I wish I knew. But it seems to me that there are often some problems with accumulating or using reward points. For example, I just noticed that I didn't receive 50 points for "Rate our APP/Leave a 5 star review" like shown in the pic above.

Few points here or there is no biggie, but I can't help but wonder how some get them and others don't. Since this is not a real issue, I won't create a ticket and bother some poor MSI employee about it.

I was able to get this, I have been having trouble redeeming voucher for contest:
Monthly sweepstakes - Steam Gift Card USD 60

It either logs me out, or the button reverts back.
