MSI is proud to introduce the all-new MSI Rewards program where users can contribute with insights and help other users out in order to earn rewards. Members can earn points toward rewards such as PC games and hardware (such as MSI Gaming graphics cards and notebooks) through a number of actions, such as registering MSI products, posting unboxing articles, writing about games and being generally helpful on the MSI Gaming forums.

I have registered 3 products to my account, but got only points for one (2 of them were added by support because of SN error). Is there anywhere I can submit a bug report on this?
 
hey, i did the reviews for both my motherboard and my graphics card that i bought from msi, and i would like to know if its normal that it takes so much time to get the points for those reviews, its been 5 days now. Anyone had the same problem?
 
Well I just got far cry 4, seems like rewards are getting more expensive so I decided to just go ahead and get Far Cry 4. A free game can't hurt right?

Im trying to redeem far cry 4 and  all i keep getting is "reward error".So what now?I do have enough points also.Help me out please,thanks.
 
how long does it take for your unbox/review points to be added to your account?

I am trying to register my MSI products, but I keep getting a server error trying to open the page. Anyone else having this issue?
 
Try cleaning cookies of a browser.
Also try different web browser.
 
i have got 2000 points and i claimed GTX 960 GAMING 100ME but is added to my cart and my points also changed to 0.
so did i win the reward or not?
 
this all are fake i have clamed but don't get any thing.

Also I don't see how you would get 2000points, unless you registered 40 MSI Gaming products?

Your "unboxings" are fake. That is why your points has been reduced to 0. Read the rules of the rewarding system.
