Ive been trying to redeem my rewards points for  3 days for the far cry 4.Its 300 points,i have 335.I click redeem and the next page says rewards error!I make post to get help and i get no help.Whats going on here.Can an admin  or someone with the solution help me out please.Ive used 3 diff computers and 4 different browsers,same result.

just order a rx570 from Newegg and was suppose to get 3 months xbox game pass with it the card came in today September 18 2019 but no xbox game pass iam not sure who to go to to fix the free 3 months but as for the card I like it so far can someone help/
