I recently got both my motherboard and graphics card RMA'd for their own reasons and just today received the second of them so they are both home safe. My motherboard was in and out extremally quickly to the point where all of the remarks on my RMA file were made the same few minutes from each other, the problem lies with the GPU, they approved the RMA on it and held the card for 9 days and when I received it today the RMA paperwork says CID Reject and I haven't received any kind of email or notice on my MSI page as to why, nor is there a way to find any information or notes on my GPU made by those who may have been repairing it. I mainly want to know 1) was my GPU repaired, it was held for 9 days so I don't see why they would've been just letting it sit if they were going to deny and send it back 2) If there was something wrong to the point where my card would et sent back to me then what is it? I need to know if this is a problem that will be getting fixed or is fixed or if I need to go buy a new GPU. I had to post this as a thread because it is so difficult to contact msi in any way through their website
