Why not,I check already, memory good touching heatsinck
a thicker pad not making enough contact between the heatsink and the IC, while a thinner pad does? That makes sense to you?
Just saying. You said the 2.75 and 2.25mm pads weren't making enough contact. Meanwhile, then you say the 2mm pads do and work......

Just so you know, that makes zero sense. thicker pads would make more contact than thinner pads.

That's why I say it doesn't make sense.

First I try 2,8 and 2,3 but it not good and my gpu after 5 seconds go up to 78° when put 2 mm everything fine and GPU now 64-65 °

I think he mean for GPU core contact,
i.e. that ticker memory pads lift and bump it and prevent good contact between heatsink and GPU core.

While when he used thinner pads for vram chips,
it doesn't lift the heatsink and GPU core has a good contact with heatsink.

I already explain you!I told that not good contact heatsink with GPU when I put 2,75 and 2,25!I not say about memory chip!when I change them to 2 mm my gpu touch heatsink is well and my memory chip have good enough touch with heatsink
