check the PCI-E pins on the GPU see is they need cleaning, or any damage on them. From the sound of it, something is loose/bad connection.

Also, make sure GPU is secured to case correctly and it is not saggy if it is sagging you will need to put in GPU support to remove the SAG

is sagging can cause bad connection ?
and also after cleaning pci pin i notice this ? should i be worried about it and can i use like conductive paint ?
thanks for your reply guys

that is a +12v pin and looks like it may have been arching a little bit. that is 1/5 of the +12v pins on the socket on that side as there are 3 the side you have shown and 2 on the opposite side (may be worth checking the pin on that side in the PCI-E connector for damage)

is there any solution if conductive paint is not a good option ? thanks you
You would need to get the damaged repaired PCIE traces all have to be identical in length and conduct power and signal all the same speed and rate and all must run at the exact same speed to work correctly.
