What OS you are running? Any 3rd party AV software? Or other unusual tools/apps you may have installed?
Are your drivers updated?
I am with windows 11 24H2, it is a fresh install so no app installed for now except steam, gog, epic game, battlenet and ubisoft connect, it is a computer only for gaming, i tried to install netflix and no crashed, only in game it happens. Yes the driver is up to date at the 566.36, the last one for nvidia.
What memory is this? Which model? How many sticks?
it is Corsaire vengeance ddr5 5200 32Go * 4
In which DIMM slots? Are they matched pairs?
How they are running? => At what Freq. & Timings?
DDR5 match pair in the 4 slots, running at 4GHz
Run this memtest
The test is running and no error for now after 10minutes

Can you link to the exact model?
Corsair Vengeance DDR5 64 Go (2 x 32 Go) 5200 MHz CL40

Can you show CPU-Z, memory page?
cpu-z-Memory.png

Do you have XMP Enabled?
Yes, it is enabled
That's nothing, leave it for several hours to complete the full test,
until stop running by itself and shows the final results.

I have no memory errors, that's very intriguing :-/

Oki, that's good.

Do test with Prime95:
Use [Large FFT's] or [Blend] and leave it to test over night.

After 9 hours, I have a black screen and the fans spin, I do not know what to do! I do not know if the test is finished, the only thing I have is the black screen and fans, my keyboard and mouse seem to always work but I can not see nothing. What do I have to do ? Restart the computer or wait ?

The bug was not reproduce but the stress test of the gpu in 3dmark does, does this one is for cpu ? how many time do i have to let it works ?

Leave it for 8-10 hours to test it

If the computer is lockup, (try press Caps lock, and see if the keyboard led will lid)
then yes reboot it.
At next reboot check with BSOD viewer if there is logged BSODs:

and also provide again a new save from Windows event errors, to get some clue about this black screen while testing.

I do not know if the test is finished,

Prime95 tests has no ending, they should continue endless until we stop them.

Yes it lid, i will reboot now

It shows that it has now blue screen of death during the test

Oki, super.
That's the same error code that I found before, now it's keep repeating while stressing with Prime95.

This means probably is not GPU issue that you have,
because the GPU wasn't included when stressed by Prime95.
(And reducing GPU Core and Memory Clock speed, by minus 150MHz for each,
didn't make any difference to the issue with the test that we made earlier)

Have you updated those drivers?:

- - - - -

Yes, it is enabled

Disable it and do re-test with 3DMark

At this point it's something related to CPU, Memory, CPU's overheating or PSU.
(if we exclude the driver for the possible error, make sure to update drivers from the link above, like chipset/audio/storage/Intel ME-FW driver)

The driver is up to date with the latest, the mothercard is the Msi MPG Z790 EDGE WIFI (MS7D91)

Got it. Somehow I linked you the wrong board for drivers.

And XMP is disabled now

I launched the test with 3dMark and black screen again after 2 loops like before.

Leave 1 memory stick only in DIMMA2 slot and retest.
If still the same, Load BIOS Defaults settings and again retest.

If still the same, my next suggestion is to try another quality and powerful enough PSU.

I will try that, thanks for the advice. The PSU, I use now is a corsaire 1000W gold, I do not have the exact reference unfortunately but you think that it is the reason the screen receive no signal (black screen) and make the fan spin. I will have to buy another PSU but not yet.

That's one of the possible reasons.
Etc: The current PSU could have some malfunction/defective and to cause this issue.

Or you can try 1st to re-paste the CPU and apply new thermal paste and ensure good contact with CPU surface and to see if will make a difference.
Along with memory tip to try 1 memory stick only and retest.

I try another stress like "Steel Nomad" with 3dMark and it works even in dx12 and vulkan but when i try "speed way" I have the black screen (no signal) that happear, so what is the difference between the two test ? I tried also to use a test with ray tracing and it had the black screen so I guess it is something with that, but not sure yet.

It wont matter if some test is passed, they all should pass without any errors.
Else different tests can have different loads,
therefor to catch the errors usually have to be tested with a set of different applications and tests.
