MSI Sekira 500x know issues

Hi All
I bought a 500x Case, but being reading all the reviews on it i conclude with the follow
1. Top fan start rattling after two month of use
2. intake from the front panel and top panel is not sufficent, causing over heating due to insufficent air flow
3. when AIO is install, no mention on should the top fan to be set to intake or exhaust
4. insufficent exhaust - only 1x 120mm fan
5. 2 filter at the bottle of the case - what was it for, there is no fan in the area other than the PSU

for me, I still waiting for the delivery of the case, so my system isn't being build yet, Have MSI come up with any solution to those problem.
I still happy to use the Case, but will mods and case to deal with some of the issue, happy to taking in any idea, especially from MSI staff

Case arrived yesterday
upon close inspection more issue is find,

1) Tempered glass chipped (very small chip 1mm x 1.2mm x 0.8mm corner) on top Panel rear right hand side corner - contact MSI support(await for result)
2) A screw was stuck between the plastic on the bottom leg support in a small cavity where is not a screw mount area, screw is remove, it cause small deformation of the plastic in it surrounding, lucky is in a area you can even see
3) Top and front panel is full of finger print from the inside
4) All Case fans tested, work but all produce a small ticking noise (not good quality fans), probably will require replace very early 120mm fan is worst out of all
5) mount tray bracket for the radiator will produce a vibrating sound up on movement of fan (easy fix just insert from foam insulation tap to stop the vibration)

Look like the build quality is average and and Final quality check is done though just a quick look , most of this is offer not notice as it is in a hard to spot area, and fan is ticking noise is hard to hear went new and normal for low quality fan, it will be hard to pick up from a system as other component make sound cover the small ticking like graphic card.

in term of design, cooling is done poorly, mostly effort is put into Cosmetic and gimmick, for a serious system builder will probably look it way to make the case better instead of saying the product is piece of crap. Depending on the tempered glass to be replace or not, I will still use this case as I purchase base on the what I can do to it , But will not go for MSI in term of case again, I find other manufactured case at this price point to have a lot higher in build quality

Hey how did you remove the front panel? I'm trying to clean out the dust that's building up but I don't remember how to remove it.

With the issue that you found on the internet and now the chipped glass and the fan noise why do you not return it and get something else or at least get a not damaged version? I would not be happy with the one you received. Can you return it to the store you purchased it from? Did you tell them the problems you have and not the problems other people found on the internet to see if they will replace it?

3) The AIO cooler should be set to intake on that case as the two top fans are also intake.

go and check my other post and see how i solve the problem

the reason i haven't return it at the time, is because i live in melbourne, and at that time, we have a lock down for 111 days straight, can't even go out, everything have to done online, if i have to return this that mean it will be three month before i can get something else in (they all out of stock)

the thing with the fan is the glass panel is too close to the fans causing a negative pressure in some area in the inner part of the fans, so the air can't flow though, instead in re-circulate with in it close space. the fan work a lot better when is set on exhaust, don't set up as intake because the manufacturer set up in that way
