MSI SHOUT OUT

I tried posting a review for the MSI SHOUT OUT program however it was rejected and stated that I needed the invoice purchase proof again when I had already shown it when I registered my product, and I can't submit the review link anymore, the page just refreshes.

Never mind, I just figured out that you actually have to submit the review on the MSI website before submitting it to the SHOUT OUT program.
To do that just go to the Reward Program>EARN>Submit my review, after submitting the review there, you can then send it to the SHOUT OUT program.
