MSI speaker sound

Hello

I am a bit confused regarding the speaker sound of GF MSI notebook

now two MSI notebook no speaker sound

The first one, a GF63 Windows 11, had no sound from the speaker after the service center changed the motherboard, so I sent it back to be repaired.

The second time it happened today on GF65 with Windows 10, everything was fine until it asked me to restart to update, which took a long time and many restarts before I had no sound from the speakers.

I checked the device manager on my PC, and everything was fine.

DOES THIS COMPANY HAVE A SOUND PROBLEM?

You had mentioned that it was working properly until windows update started.
It may be caused by the driver installed incompletely.
It is recommended to reinstall the audio drivers from MSI website and you can refer to the official FAQ to proceed.
