MSI Stealth 15 A13VF: Can't find the specific thermal pad thickness I need.

After 1 year of heavy gaming in my laptop (which i love), all the thermal pad that came with the laptop dried/died.
I need to get new ones but I can't find the righ sizes online for the GPU pads, VRMs, and Chokes or Inductors.
I read that usually 1.0mm is a safe start.
Any suggestion? much appreaciated!

The thickness of the CPU and GPU thermal pads are 0.21mm.
Others are using the thermal grease, which is SHINETSU CLG-3500

You will much better coverage and good performance with thermal putty instead of using thermal pads.
