MSI STRIKE 600 Silent - CZ/SK - CAPS button not working

Hello.

I have just connected new MSI Strike 600 Silent keyboard, CZ/SK layout. I have installed the MSI Center followed by MSI Companion and Mystic Light applications.
After a day of usage I found out the CAPS button is sometimes working, sometimes not. I tried to troubleshoot it, removed the MSI Companion application, rebooted PC a few times, checked Win11 keyboard settings, used some MSI Center clean tools download from your support portal and nothing helped. Now I am not able to use the CAPS button at all. If I open the gaming center (WIN+G) and use the software keyboard which is there, the CAPS function working fine, the status led shows the CAPS is enabled, but the physical CAPS button still can't disable or enable the CAPS function.
It runs firmware version 0053.

Any hints on how to fix this? Any firmware update planned to fix it soon?

Can you try reset the keyboard, and since it sounds a bit like software issue, can you test on a different PC or remove all MSI software?

Hi, I did this reset maybe a 3 times before posted the question. It did not fix the issue, just reseted the led to the default rainbow effect.
I tried to remove all MSI software using standard Windows removal, and also with some tools downloaded from this
Please note, I am not using any macros on the keyboard, just adjusted leds to static single color.

I also tried to connect the keyboard to my wife's laptop, and the CAPS did not work there as well.

However, yesterday I connected the keyboard to my business laptop and did the reset function while connected to it (without laptop having the MSI software installed, nor the keyboard driver installed to the Windows) and it worked like a charm. Full day of work (on my PC with MSI center installed), playing games, browsing etc. CAPS worked untill I switched the PC off.
Now, coming home from work I turned on my PC to reply to your post and guess what. The CAPS does not work again!

edit: right after posting my reply, I hit the CAPS and it worked! MSI Center still turned off, the keyboard just needed 10-15minutes to wake up.

Yes, it seems the CAPS key connection to the board is not OK. Yesterday it worked for a few minutes, then died again.
I have ordered second keyboard and will be returning this one, or both, in case the second one will be not working properly.
