After dealing with your support team for over 20 days, I can confidently say this has been one of the most frustrating, time-wasting, and unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve encountered.

Let’s start with your so-called escalation process. Virender Singh, Tarun, and Pradipta have all assured me multiple times that my case was being “escalated.” However, this apparently means passing the problem from one person to another without resolution, response, or responsibility. If this is how MSI handles an escalated case, I shudder to think what a normal one looks like.

The call center? Truly unforgettable—for all the wrong reasons. Unreachable, unresponsive, and shockingly ill-equipped to provide any form of assistance. I’ve had more productive conversations with automated voice systems.

Meanwhile, my desktop—already replaced once due to a heating issue—has now failed again, and sits in your warehouse with no resolution, no status update, and no timeline for repair. Your service team finally diagnosed a faulty cooler after weeks, despite claiming to perform “thorough” inspections. Either your definition of thorough is radically different from the rest of the world, or your team missed the obvious—twice.

To top it all off, your responses are riddled with vague, non-committal language that dodge every question I ask. “We will assess the situation,” you say. That’s not accountability—that’s avoidance.

If MSI truly values its customers, then I strongly recommend a complete overhaul of your support team’s training—and perhaps a performance review for the individuals involved. Because if a team can’t handle one support ticket properly in 20 days, maybe they shouldn’t be handling customer service at all.

So, yes—help MSI get better. Start by listening to your customers, responding on time, fixing your broken escalation system, and holding your team accountable. Until then, this feedback will stand as a reflection of what future customers should expect.

Sincerely,
A thoroughly disappointed (and still waiting) customer
