MSI support from forums much better than than support from other MSI channels

I filled out the MSI online tech support form:

Me:  I have a K9N6PGM2-V2 VER: 2.3. How does it differ from the K9N6PGM2-V2 (FOR EUP v2.2)?

MSI:  different components been used and EUP: http://www.intertek.com/electrical/eup-directive/faq/

Me:  Exactly what components are different, and how are they different? 

MSI:  there are many components changes with different value and different brands. 


I can't remember the Monty Python sketch associated with this.  :D

Hi there.
Did you write to your local MSI online support or MSI Global online support?
If it's the Global one, I'm guessing it could be they can't really express in detail since they're based in Taiwan, so some of their techs might have limited English vocab, but I'm sure they're doing their best to improve :D
I had a minor problem a few years back and sent them a message thru the support system, they misunderstood my issues at first but it worked out fine in the end.
If your question hasn't been answered, I'm sure you can find the specifications of the two models you mentioned above on MSI website and compare their differences.
