Try Google internet search for RX 570 Gaming VBIOS as you search option

That's the situation unfortunately. If they refuse sending correct version then nothing we can do.

I feel like there's more here to the story.
MSI isn't going to refuse to send a VBIOS unless there's a reason, and usually it's because a it was messed with in some way which is evident by the information provided.

I get trying to play the victim, but there's always some reason behind it that they aren't willing to share.

Please dont come at me that i'm trying to play the victim , please see below attachments. Both cases I have replied and asked that this is the official route as the forum cannot assist, both times I have received no response.

I appreciate the help but im more than capable of searching google , I've tried every official BIOS on TPU but none of them are correct . Hell even some of the "official" BIOSes there are memory strapped ....

I'm going to rant a little , I cant believe MSI are just not interested in supporting their customer. It's easy next time , me or my company will no longer be supporting them 🤷‍♂️

So you're still playing victim? I clearly see a response, and something you haven't tried or mentioned trying, because they didn't just hand the bios over to you directly.

Did you try live update 6 like was suggested?

Given the history that MSI has had over the past few years, more importantly, because of miners, they most likely have changed their stance on handing out VBIOS's. Most likely because there was a large influx of cards that just happened to die, and it was found that they were running unofficial BIOS's or modded BIOS's. I'm just guessing here, but that's about the only explanation I can come up with that goes with why they wouldn't want to just hand out a VBIOS to users like that had previously.

You're welcome to take your money where ever you want. That's the joy of a free market. You can spend it where you want.

But complaining here about how MSI is handling the VBIOS really does zero good for anyone. It won't help you (it actually hurts you btw), and at some point, most people are just going to ignore it and you moving forward. It's not like any single person here has any ability to do ANYTHING to fix the problem for you anyway. Best we can do is provide some suggestions.

Think something got lost in translation almost every bios for all of the MSI range of RX 570 cards are on that site kind of think you not know what you looking for.
And please explain what you mean by Strapped. In my Country it means to tie down or you have no money.
