Hello all, I got a sword 16 hx with a i7 14650hx but I cant figure out whats wrong, I already disabled virtualization and hyper-v, in bios overclocking is enabled and undervolt protection is off, however throttle stop and xtu still report undervolt protection enabled, undervolting through bios also dosent change in windows, it still shows an ofset of 0mv even if I set a crazy undervolt of -0.5volts it still boots and reports 0 ofset.

Is there any fix for this? It seems nothing in the hidden menu works and it’s just for show. No changes made in there actually reflect on windows.

Hi, I contacted with the tech support and they seems to fix this problem in the next version of BIOS.

Hey, I downloaded the latest version of the bios and formatted my 8GB flash drive to FAT32, extracted the files in to it and followed the instructions to flash it and in bios i select the correct file and it asks me if I would like to update and I click yes and it tells me the laptop will restart and it does a few times and goes back to windows again and the bios version does not update.. any clue why? It does not go back to the bios again and continue the update

Intel and Microsoft are the culprits for this unability to undervolt, the only way I found is to bypass this, by the method I sent you!
