Normally the laptop works fine. When I open any game, it crashes with BSOD with the error code '0x113 VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR'. When the laptop restarts after BSOD, Nvidia graphics card is no longer detected. I'll have to shutdown and switch on the laptop again for the Nvidia card to be detected.
Used to working fine, a couple of weeks earlier and I'm not sure what caused this issue. One day, I opened the game and it started behaving as mentioned. One thing I notice is that the game works when the laptop is working on battery (atleast for 5mins. haven't tried playing long) and as soon as I plug it in, it crashes.

There was a windows update and Nvidia App update as well during this time. I have tried uninstalling windows update, reverting back to the driver versions mentioned in the MSI official page, updating BIOS, reinstalling Nvidia drivers using DDU and even fully resetting my PC. All these doesn't seem to fix this error. Also, I looked at the all the possible articles related to this error and tried almost all fixes but nothing seems to work.

Now, I also suspect if this can be due to some hardware issue. Can someone please guide me to resolve this?

I am facing similar issue, i have updated BIOS and uninstalled the driver using DDU as well but still facing the issue. Please provide solutions.
 
Guys, would you please share more detailed information here?
Which game did you play with this kind of BSOD issue?
Would the issue occur in all of the games you played?
Which exact version of Nvidia graphics driver and Nvidia App you've installed?
Also, have you ever upgraded the memory by yourself before the problem occurred?

@Abel Lopez, I started noticing the BSOD error when playing Assassin's Creed Origins and yeah the error is for all the games (also tried Forza Horizon 4 & Dishonored).

I have downgraded Nvidia driver to 546.32 and using Geforce Experience 3.27.0.120 as recommended in MSI website

Let me know what other info you require. In MSI centre, I tried GPU switch to Discrete Graphics Mode and every time I switch on my laptop, it ends in a black screen. Finally, had to struggle to resolve that and switch back to MSHybrid Graphics mode.

@Adrian the Saxon, I have done all the steps you mentioned except for point 6. I plan to take the laptop to service center this week to check if the hardware is faulty. Everything used to be fine. Only thing that comes to my mind was that there was a windows update, I updated the graphics driver and also Nvidia app prior to observing this issue

If you already tried clean installing the drivers from MSI website, and the issue remains in this state, it would probably be a hardware issue.
 
I took it a local shop, which is highly rated here. They told me it is a hardware issue and the service center will ask to replace the motherboard. They also mentioned that they can repair the graphics card without replacing motherboard and it will cost around 6000 INR (around 67$). Right now, I did not want to spend that much on the repair. So I'm using the laptop as it is now with Nvidia GPU disabled.
 
i am having same issue with my Titan gt76.. laptop works normal but when i start any games or laptop use nvidia gpu it will crash to videokrnl fata error..

i did everything
re install windows
ddu
install old and new drivers
check ram with memtest86
some regedit tweak tdr delay

but still same

only some time if im lucky game run fine, gpu works fines after and if it will not crash i can play any games or do anything which use nvidia graphic.. but this is after 20-30 restart/bsod otherwise bsod continue and laptop crash and restart everytime..
 
If you have installed Windows 11 and used DDU to install both the old and new versions of the graphics driver, but the problem persists, you can try contacting MSI official technical support or customer service for further assistance.
