Sam problem here..
I turnd on computer after a week. It was working fine when i last shut it down. Now its not booting up when i turn it on just MSI splashes and the system does not boot.  I tried to enter the BIOS but it also did not work with keys(f3,f2,escape, delete).
Any help

I can't sending txt files from msi help desk application because When I adding system info to support ticket, then I having information about valid txt file and to send txt from msi help desk application WuT!?!

Like the person above me I also get an error message when I try to send my question to support. It says:
"The system information text file is incorrect. Please export the system info by MSI Help Desk and upload the text file before you send the question"

I press "Export System Info", then save the .txt file to my desktop and then add it to "System Info".  I can open the text file and read it, and I don't change anything in it before I upload it. Why doesn't it work?

I also have the same problem whenever i send a ticket  it gives me error and says

"The system information text file is incorrect. Please export the system info by MSI Help Desk and upload the text file before you send the question"

I must send a support ticket, but i need this file so i can't.

What's my problem? It only works with windows and I have Linux, so the result is wonderful.

Thanks.

Hi MSI,

I cannot log a ticket because my MSI notebook cannot load Windows and stuck at MSI Splash screen.

It is impossible to provide the system information attachment required to raise a ticket?

How do I get support from you guys?

My notebook kept rebooting to MSI screen but not Windows.
Tried MSI recovery - got error and reboot to MSI
Tried Default BIOS - still boot to MSI screen
Tried restore windows - got error and reboot to MSI

Helllo MSI, My laptop is not turning on. I cannot send this file and not able to submit technical support ticket.
Please help.
