The laptop suffers from random BSODs and crashes, specifically when the system is idle or under low GPU load. When gaming or under heavy load, the system runs stable. The crashes also occur when unplugging the charger.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x1000007E)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0x0A)
DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (0x133)
INVALID_WORK_QUEUE_ITEM (0x96)
Root cause identified: amdppm.sys (AMD Primary Processor Module) conflicts with Windows 11 hypervisor during CPU C-State transitions (idle states). Crash occurs at AcpiCStateIdleExecute



I don't know what else to try, the laptop is 6 months old
