hello,
I just got this new laptop, and i am struggling with a few things.
1. there is a Bios update for it, but windows update does not detect it.
2. The sound through my headphones is really crappy.. like a tin can sound... I saw Nahimic and SteelSeries, but not sure if that is for the sound... i saw a few things but don't hear any differences. (I came from an Asus Rog gaming laptop where the sound is 100 times better)
3. The startup logo is very very bright. i cant even look at the screen till it's booted up.. is there a way to lower that?
I've been playing with some settings in the MSI center, since the screen is bright and whatever else, it hurt my eyes. i can't seem to find a decent setting for it.

Thank you

Maybe you should try to clean install all of the audio drivers for this model.
Make sure to install the drivers from MSI website, follow the FAQ to perform a clean installation.

1. get everything updated, including MSI Center
2. MSI still only provide traditional way of updating BIOS. You need to download the BIOS file into a FAT32 format USB drive and entering the BIOS for updating.
