Hello. I have a Titan 18 HX AI A2XWJG.
I have two questions:
1. The Intel Innovation Platform Framework driver isn't installing in Device Manager. It says "Data type not supported." The IPF driver is installed in MSI Center, but the other two aren't. I couldn't find an option to enable Dynamic Tuning in the BIOS. I tried uninstalling everything related to the Innovation Platform Framework in safe mode, but to no avail.
2. The Intel® Driver & Support Assistant utility shows an update for the Intel® Platform Performance Package. When I try to install it, it says that the IPF drivers are not installed.
3. I installed MSHybrid in MSI Center, but the orange indicator light stays on constantly. Even on the desktop and in safe mode. The GPU activity icon is gray, indicating the discrete graphics card is not being used. I tried uninstalling it in safe mode using the DDU utility. Then I tried installing drivers for both the integrated and discrete graphics. It didn't help. How can I force the integrated graphics card to work?

BIOS version E1824IMS.11A.
Thanks for the answers.

Have you tried installing the drivers from the website?
Regarding the GPU indicator showing orange, which version of the graphics driver are you using?
Maybe you can try to do EC reset first, sometimes the indicator could have some error showing the correct color.
Otherwise, is there any monitoring software running in the background? When the software trying to read the message of the GPU status, it will wake it up.

Nvidia driver 595.97. Intel Arc graphic driver 32.0.101.8629.
I've already closed all programs from the system tray. Moreover, in MSHybrid mode, the orange indicator still lights up in Windows Safe Mode.
If I set only integrated graphics in MS Center, the white indicator always lights up.

Since the Nvidia graphics driver is the one who controls the GPU, I would recommend trying to clean install it to the previous versions, and check if the problem can be improved.
Try the previous versions on Nvidia website or the version on MSI website.
I haven't done an EC reset before. Is it safe?
Safe. You can follow the instruction here.

I reset the EC. The problem was not solved.

The IPF/DTT drivers are customized for each model. Follow the steps below to perform a clean installation using the versions provided on the MSI website.

For the GPU indicator, did you try to install the drivers from MSI website? Or you might change any settings in BIOS?

Regarding IPF/Dynamic.
In the Device Manager, I only have it under the System devices tab. Dynamic Tuning Technology is missing from the Software Components tab. I removed it from the System devices tab. When installing install.batch, the console window opens and immediately closes. After rebooting, nothing changed.
I didn't change the BIOS, I reset the EC yesterday.

How about getting into the driver package and right click to install all of the ".inf" files?

I tried following your advice. Same thing: the console window opens and then immediately closes. Perhaps the laptop doesn't need these drivers? Then I don't understand why they're listed on the MSI page.
