I recently purchased an MSI Titan from Amazon. After only three weeks of using it, it shuts down in the middle of a game without warning & does not restart with the power button. I’ve kept it on its charger since it came out of the package & it had a full battery when this occurred. I have no idea what could have caused this.
I would prefer to solve this without sending the laptop off somewhere, but I don’t know what else could be done at this point.

This may not be correct, but my experience other computer if you have not tried already maybe hold the on button down for an extended period of time like 1 minute and see if it restarts.

Which model of laptop do you have? Titan GT77HX 13VH?
Which game do you play?
Do you mean you can not turn on the laptop from then?
Replug the power adapter?

This specifically is the laptop I bought.
At the time, I was playing Planetside 2 on max settings. I don’t think the game itself was the cause of this, though, since I had already played around 20 hours of it before this happened.
Something else I’ve noticed about this situation since I made this thread: The power adapter actually works fine. Its light turns green when I plug it into an outlet. However, when I try to plug the adapter into the laptop itself, the light goes out again.

I’ve actually tried flushing the power like you said before I posted but got no results from it. I think whatever is going on might be more complex than that.

If the indicator light on the power adapter is not on, it means that the laptop is not being charged.
Try to perform EC reset.

If the problem still persist, it is suggested to send the laptop and power adapater to repair.
